Specialised Procurement

International Brokerage

How an enquiry is handled

Our role is to bring together legitimate demand and authorised supply — through a single commercial point of contact.

  1. Requirement

A client sets out a requirement — a conventional defence product, a specialised component or a complex international procurement solution.

  2. Assessment

The requirement and every counterparty go through the compliance process: due diligence, sanctions screening, licences, end-user and end-use documentation, export and import controls.

  3. Introduction

Where legally permissible, the requirement is introduced to appropriate industry participants: authorised manufacturers, distributors and specialist suppliers.

  4. Coordination

We help coordinate commercial discussions, documentation and transaction execution, including transaction and shipping-document review.

All enquiries and transactions are subject to applicable licensing, sanctions, export-control, import-control, end-user and end-use requirements. Availability of any product or service is subject to regulatory approval and jurisdictional restrictions.
